Templars and Douglas Adams

It's common knoweledge that, according to Douglas Adams, the answer to God, the Universe, and Everything was 42.

I am sure those of you who read the Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy asked themselves many times where does 42 come from.

Today I was reading the wikipedia doing a research about the Templars, and discovered a curious fact reading the page on Jacques de Molay.

Here's an excerpt: "Jacques de Molay's exact date of birth is in some doubt, but when interrogated by the judges in Paris 24 October 1307, he told he entered the Order forty-two years earlier, that would mean in 1265.[...]An interesting fact involves that when questioned about the same thing in August the following year by the Pope's envoys at Chinon, he again told he was received into the order forty-two years earlier, i.e. 1266."

Now this may not mean anything, but it could also mean lots of things ;)
